Junior Manager (Finance) : Graduation or CA/ICWA or B.Tech with MBA in Finance specialization and two years post qualification relevant experience in the area of Finance & Accounting, in preparation and finalization of Accounts, Budget & Costing, Accounting and Audit, Inventory Management, Working Capital Management 2.Junior Manager (Civil) : Graduation in Civil Engineering with Two years relevant post qualification experience in designing and construction of industrial works 3. Junior Manager (Environment) : B.Tech/BE in Civil/Chemical/Mining/Environment Engineering (OR) Post Graduation in Environmental Management/ Engineering/Environmental Science/ Geology/Chemistry/ Botany subjects (OR) PG Diploma in Environment Management with two years relevant post qualification experience in the Environmental field for Mining Industry 4. Junior Manager (Industrial) : Graduation in Industrial Engineering/Mining/Mechanical/ Production Engineering (OR) PG Diploma in Industrial Engineering with two years relevant post qualification experience in the field of Industrial Engineering covering manpower planning, productivity based incentive schemes, productivity improvement techniques & production monitoring, norms development, time study, operations research tools, resource/performance analysis, MIS 5. Junior Manager (Rajbhasha) : MA in Hindi with English and should have translation course passed conducted by Central Translation Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs and two years relevant post qualification experience in translation of Technical/r Non-technical documents from English to Hindi and vice versa in Newspapers and Public Relations Department of any State/Central Government 6. Junior Manager (Law) : Graduation in Law with two years relevant post qualification experience in dealing Contract Management in legal department of Govt./PSU/Industrial Organization/Law Firm
