3. Assistant Registrar : Post Graduation in any discipline with 55% marks merit and Five years experience in Educational Administration/Govt.Department

4.Section Officer : Graduation in any discipline and Five years experience as a Assistant/Ten years experience as Senior Section Officer

5.Record Superintendent : Graduation in in any discipline with five years experience of Revenue/Land Record/Patwari

6. Professional Assistant : Master Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or Graduation in Library Science from Recognized University

7.Semi Professional Assistant : Graduation in any discipline with Library Science certificate course passed


8. Receptionist :
Graduation in any discipline with Three years experience in Public Relations office as Receptionist

10. Technical Assistant

12.Conservationist :
Graduation in History/Literature (Hindi/English/Urdu) or Master Degree in Physical Science/Applied Science with 50% marks merit (OR) Post Graduation in Conservation from National Museum Institute (OR) Post Graduation in Conservation from National Museum Institution

13. Assistant Conservationist : Post Graduation in History/Literature (English/Hindi/Urdu) or Master Degree in Physical Science/Applied Science or Post Graduation in Conservation from National Museum Institution

14. Sports coach : Certificate from National Institute of Sports, Patiala or Certificate in Physical Education examination passed


15.Upper Division Clerk
: Graduation in any discipline with Knowledge of English/Urdu/Hindi Language


16. Junior Laboratory Assistant
: Senior Secondary School Examination passed in Science with two years experience in the relevant field


17.Clerk-Typist /Lower Division Clerk
: 10+2th Standard Examination passed and Typing speed 35 words/min in English Language

18. Urdu Typist : 10+2th Standard Examination passed and Typing speed 25 words/min in English language


19.Security Assistant
: 10+2th Standard Examination passed and should be Physical Fitness
