Education Qualifications :
- Master Degree in concerned subjects with 55% marks merit (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD categories) from recognized University.
- Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by UGC like SLET/SET.
Pay Scale :
Appointed Assistant Professors will get pay scale Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade pay Rs.6000/-
Selection Mode :
Applicants selection made will be on basis of Interview Performance skills.
Application Fee :
- General & other categories – Rs.375/-
- SC/ST categories – Rs.150/-
- PWD candidates – Rs.185/-, deposited in Account No. 33417855484 of Panjab University, Chandigarh, payable at all Branches of State Bank of India.
