Educational Qualifications :

  • Applicants must complete Full time LLM from a recognized University established by law with specialization in corporate/ commercial laws with not less than two years practice at Bar.
Assistant General Manager
(Arbitration)
  • Full time LLM from a recognized University established by law with experience of handling arbitration matters with not less than two years practice at Bar.
Assistant General Manager
(Litigation)
  • Applicants should have Full time LLM from a recognized University established by law with not less than one year practice at Bar.
Assistant Manager
(Legal)
  • Applicants should have Full time LLM from a recognized University established by law with not less than one year practice at Bar.
CA
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant having passed the Final Examination conducted by ICAI.
Cost Accountant
  • Qualified Cost & Works Accountant having passed Final Examination conducted by the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

Age Limit :

Applicants age must be between 18 years to 37 years as on 01/01/2012. Age Relaxation will be applicable for 2 years for PH applicants SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC 3 years & 10 years for Ex-Servicemen applicants as per Govt. Rules.

Pay scale :

Eligible applicants will Get Rs.9300-34800/- Pay Scale with RS.5200/-Grade Pay per month. 

Selection Process :

Selection process will be basis of Interview and Viva-Voce.

General & OBC applicants need to pay RS.200/- in the form of Demand draft in the favour of General Manager (Accounts), Corporate Office and payable at Srinagar/Jammu”.
